WHEEL OF FEELINGS
Name it. Understand it. Tend to it.
Sometimes you know you don’t feel right, but you can’t quite put your finger on what you’re feeling.
The Wheel of Feelings is a simple tool designed to help you slow down and identify the emotions underneath the surface.
Use it when you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, frustrated, anxious, or simply unsure of what’s going on inside.
The Wheel can help you:
Put words to what you’re feeling
Move beyond “good” or “bad” emotions
Notice the emotions underneath your first reaction
Build greater emotional awareness
Understand what your feelings may be communicating
Create space to respond instead of react
Begin identifying what you may need
You don’t have to judge the feeling, fix it, or make it disappear.
Start by naming what’s there.
Awareness is where healing begins.
Free to download. Always.
